We have just closed a sale on a property with Donna who has helped us enormously throughout. Donna listens & communicates well which impressed us greatly & has patiently explained this new experience to us, following up all the questions we have had. Ours was not an easy property to sell but her advice in how we approached the sale was invaluable, tweaking it as we went along to give us the best outcome.

Donna evaluated the property well, being aware of the locality and what it offered, and knowing the market. She handled the sale with skill and discretion. Initial use of a video may have resulted in a sale early enough to avoid some of the effects of a market deteriorating due to rising interest rates,etc. I sometimes found it difficult to gain progress reports, but it had been a busy time of year. Donna was friendly and understanding of my difficulties as I coped with the sale after the death of my partner.
