Advertised and sold as power connected, not the case, costing me thousands of dollars and no responsibility or care at all, not even a simple apology !! At the viewing time and follow my phone calls was told a driveway would be reinstated as there was no access at time of viewing, told by the agent that it was being sorted and the council would be providing access. This was not the case and again will cost thousands of dollars on top of the purchase price. Took the agent in good faith and on her word bad Judgement on my behalf, my advice is beware agents trying to sell anything at all costs with no morals..
