The recent sale of our beach pad in East Street Dodges Ferry could not have gone better. Donna and Emily, as locals living in the area, know the market here like no other real estate agents. Having been advised by a very high profile agent, with decades of experience, that our property had a value well below what my own research suggested, Donna and Emily confidently predicted a price that ultimately netted us at a minimum 100K above what the aforementioned agent would have achieved. The wrong choice of agent would have been an error that would have cost us significantly. Donna and Emily were friendly, helpful and professional. Their established data base meant they had potential buyers coming through even before the house had gone live online. Being local meant they were able to arrange viewings at very short notice. My dog was begging for an end to the walks we had to undertake in order to accomodate yet another viewing. Those walks paid off, ultimately the house moved very quickly to a person who viewed it before the open home. Also, we had 3 offers that exceeded the asking price. Overall, it was quality marketing.
