Alongside 22 years of award-winning industry experience, Donna is also recognised for her coaching prowess. Having been personally trained by Sharon Pearson at The Coaching Institute in Melbourne, Donna was soon prompted to pursue her love for personal development and become a qualified real estate and business coach. To date, she has overseen training for over 65 real estate offices across Australia and New Zealand, with stellar results produced. As a leader, coach, friend, mother and a wife, almost every facet of Donna’s life is entirely people-oriented. In all her dealings, Donna exercises her gift of empathy by listening to others and allowing them to feel at ease. Needless to say, it is her endless compassion and open-mindedness that has granted her the trust and loyalty of many clients over the years. Her specialised background in property law, sales and administration ensure that all risks are minimised and that every stage of the process is well-handled.
