Donnas entire attitude was abrupt to the point of rudeness with no consideration that as first home buyers we were nervous and had questions and obviously do not know all the “rules” about buying a house. Her complete lack of empathy made it clear we were wasting her time and she that all she cared about was getting the contract signed with no hassles so she could claim her commission. In addition, her bullying tactics and advice that we had no right to make changes to the contract or we would lose the property in our opinion was both unprofessional and unethical.

Donna doesn’t sugarcoat buyer feedback. Tells it like it is to help the seller understand what the market is saying. Years of knowledge make Donna an agent worth her salt. Very happy with the price obtained at auction. Great communication throughout. Couldn’t be happier with the results
