Donya is an incredibly friendly approachable agent who understands local value in properties. after an extensive talk about our property and the position it held in the market place we decided to sell and list with Donya. The first day the property was listed for sale she took the new buyers thru and they presented her an offer which was well under what we had discussed we wanted. We were told that it's up to us if we wished to try negotiate which we did and we left that all to donya who in the end got us $5000 more than we had initially decided was the sale price we would take. To say we were happy was an understatement.
