We’ve just bought our first home with the help and guidance of Donya. We really didn’t understand the whole process of buying a house. However, Donya took the time to talk us though it all, making it all really clear. When our offer got accepted she helped us with getting a great company do the pest and building inspection. When it came to negotiations of getting the price down due to some structure work, Donya did a great job for us, organising builders to quote and getting money off the property. We didn’t have to worry at all, Donya had it all under control for us. Donya really did make buying this house very easy. Our offer got accepted and we moved in a month later. We’ve been in our house for over a week and couldn’t be happier with our purchase. Donya has also offered her on going assistance. Its great to know she is only a phone call away.
