Right from the start when I met her, I actually had her come out to do an appraisal on our residence and she was straight up front and definitely has your best interests at heart, Doreen was very helpful and even went out of her way to make sure everything was moving along smoothly, she was very proactive and pointing out issues with the Unit prior to the Building and Pest so that everything would right for the Building and Pest inspection, I cannot thank her enough for everything that she has done for my family with regards to this sale. I chose the real estate agent from realestate .com. au (Please note: unable to enter URL addresses, hence spaces added) Within 15 minutes of receiving an email confirmation that my request had been sent, I was speaking with the selected agent even though they were away on holidays. We spoke again a few days later and I had an appraisal and potential sale contract within the next week (even though it was nearing the Christmas/New Year period). Minor challenges with current tenancy were sort in an straight forward and efficient manner. Would highly recommend to family and friends.
