Doreen Charity

My second time of using Doreen Charity as my agent and once again so happy with the service I received. Highly recommend Doreen for selling your home. Not only is Doreen extremely knowledgeable in all areas of buying & selling houses in Townsville. Her professionalism, enthusiasm & attention to detail approach makes her the only agent I would trust .

Doreen is just amazing. She made the whole process so easy, that I barely even knew it was happening.

Doreen is a phenomenal agent. She is energetic, professional and goes the extra mile at every turn PLUS she coordinated tradespeople as needed. I cannot recommend Doreen enough. I’ve used different agents over the years and Doreen’s level of service and advice is unmatched. She knows how to get results. I was out of town for the sale process and was able to trust Doreen with all aspects of sale presentation.

Doreen gave us excellent service, was very professional and a great communicator.

Doreen was extremely helpful in explaining everything which was taking place. We felt included in the loop at all times. Our experience with Doreen was first rate!

Buying my first property was a huge milestone and having Doreen, who was not only knowledgeable and professional, but also genuinely kind and patient, made the whole process feel effortless.
