In particular, prior to the house going on the market, Dori seemed to have lots of personal contacts for fixing things. Even though these trade people were busy or fully booked for several weeks, they dropped what they were doing and fitted us in so we could get the house on the market. They could easily have made us wait but I realised they did this because of their connection and respect for Dori. So 5 stars from me.
