Doug sold me my property to me 5 years ago and because the sale went smoothly, I returned to him to sell the property. My request was unusual in that I was in no hurry to sell, the market was depressed and I did not want unnecessary expenses. Doug agreed to a simple $60 For sale sign on the property and a photo in his window. He did not pressure me to advertise. We sold the property at an agreeable price, without any additional expenses. Again, settlement went smoothly. I engaged a professional, with proven credentials, and reaped the benefit.
