Caloundra is a tough market to sell in with plenty of similar stock for sale and some sellers under pressure to liquidate. In order to maximise our chances, we picked Doug because of his high profile in the Caloundra market and because Henzells occupies such a prominent position in Caloundra's high street. We made the right choice with an excellent result. We'd recommend Doug and Henzells because they offered the best market exposure and Doug worked hard to achieve our result.
