Poor communication, average market knowledge and poor professionalism. Dragan lied about the ducted heating/cooling system saying it works; wrong! Now going to cost $6600 to replace. I should have been told it didn't work and at least $5000 taken off the price of the unit. Extremely angry!!! Dragan reassured me that the unit would be professionally cleaned, unfortunately another lie. Also he didn't look after his client in making sure he hired professional cleaners as I had to clean everything after taking ownership of the unit. He had extremely poor communication with my broker which was not only frustrating but unprofessional. Would I recommend Dragan to anyone? Absolutely NOT!!! The experience dealing with Dragan was stressful and I absolutely hate LIARS!!! Be honest and negotiate the best outcome for everyone.

when I called dragan to view the property it was a bit of a building site. He looked past that and said don't worry to much about it.just give it a tidy up. He then said nothing negative just gave me facts about the market and how he would proceed. He also said this will do well. what are your expectations I said I have no idea. I will leave that up to you. I found him to patient and very good at understanding and very helpfull. He was recomended by my daughter who was also impressed with his services as an agent. I would use his services again.
