Professionals Salisbury had been managing my property for a number of years and I must say very professionally so when it came to Selling who else could I pick and their Sales Agent Dragan was my contact, I found him very professional, and his advise was up front, he told me how he wanted to market the property, like giving it a bit of a touch up here and there and also to stage the property and he gave me a price range, I was a little reluctant at first to spend any money , but in the end I agreed (it was money well spent} and he arranged the staging. I must admit that in the end the property looked fantastic. Well he indicated when it first went on the market he would start with an open on the Saturday and Sunday and by Monday he had several offers and he achieved over $40,000 more than the top price of the price range. However he did not stop there he communicated with me all the way through to settlement. Would thoroughly recommend him to any prospective Vendor .
