We are extremely grateful for their honest and meticulous approach and transparency. The entire process from making the offer, signing of contracts, arranging the property for letting prior to settlement and securing a tenant in less than 24 hours was no less than amazing. In particular we would like to thank Drew for assisting us with the negotiations for the purchase of the property and arranging with the sellers to meet with us on site and to provide an overview of the key features of the property prior to settlement. This was invaluable as the property is on acreage with septic and tank water amongst other considerations. Drew also discussed with the sellers to possibility of us marketing the property prior to settlement which they kindly agreed to and within 24 hours of listing the property for rent we secured a great tenant with an excellent rental return. We also appreciated the added touches such as the beautiful flowers of congratulations on the signing of the contract and bottle of bubbly upon settlement, both very much enjoyed.
