I have been a professional salesperson for over 40 years and found Drew & Justin to be excellent. They delivered exactly what they promised and kept us updated at all times, never forgetting that they were working for us. We enjoyed a stress-free and sometimes fun selling process entirely due to the professionalism and good humour shown by Drew and Justin Comerford. They communicated very well throughout the selling period through regular face-to-face meetings, phone calls and written reports and emails. Their advice as to what to do and, more importantly, what not to do in preparing and presenting the property for sale saved us a lot of time, effort, and money. They did what they said they would do and in a depressed market sold our property for a fair price in six weeks when similar properties in the area had been on the market for up to twelve months. They showed a willingness to do that little bit extra such as getting wet and dirty walking the 5-acre property after a torrential rainstorm to show the eventual buyer the stables etc. and by placing a mat at the front door. We sold to a family who intended to enjoy the property as much as we had in the previous 25 years because Drew and Justin sold the unique characteristics of our property to them. We developed a very good relationship with the Comerford brothers and we ended up feeling sorry that the sale process was ended. We thoroughly recommend them to any prospective seller.

They sold our house in Bunya very well. We didn't take the decision on who to choose lightly, we spoke to many agents but Drew and Justin were the only ones that stood out. They were hard working, genuine and always did what they said. In just a few weeks they had multiple offers and always worked for us. Would easily and happily recommend to anyone considering selling in Bunya.

First two weeks listing with Drew and Justin went great. Once they received a few more listings in area standard dropped. Was contacted my social media by buyer who mentioned thank you for the chooks. Drew sold them with the house but we were not consulted! I had to sort the issue myself with upset children (contract didn’t state chickens!). Further inconsistencies were experienced. Whilst my house was sold settlement day bought unnecessary issues and different stories by both Drew and Justin. Believe Drew worked for buyer and not seller in our instance and will not recommend nor will neighbours after my experience unfortunately.

I recently sold my home with Drew & Justin, they were fantastic. Both genuine, trustworthy and very hard working agents. They recommended auction, and they certainly delivered with 6 buyers at the auction night. They got me well over my reserve.
