We used Duane Hunter & his team of Hunter Real Estate, Elanora Heights to sell our house in Elanora Heights August 2016. Our house sold after first official open house. We were off the market testing the market for 3 weeks prior, and had about 20 parties off Duanes books come through. We were so pleased with Duane in the whole sale. We chose to put the house up for sale, no signs and very little advertising which actually made Duane have to work a little harder on the sale of our house, but we just wanted to sell our home with as little disruption as possible.
