When my mother lost her husband after 25 years, real estate agents suddenly merged on her like vultures. When told she had probate to get through, a majority of them left her a card and simply asked her to call them when she was ready to sell. From the onset I was particularly impressed with Duane's diligence, knowledge and empathetic manner. He is unlike the pushy real estate agents we all are used to pigeon-holing. I am very pleased with the result Duane Hunter achieved in selling my much loved -stunningly beautiful 2 story penthouse in Dee Why. He kept his eyes on qualifying the right buyers right from the getgo with very little fuss and fanfare.
