We met Duane years ago and over the years have seen him regularly out in the community. He is a lovely person, very smart, switched on, genuine – and very involved in the community - a big plus for us when engaging an agent to sell our home. From the start it was a great experience. Duane has a fantastic team; it’s clear they really do work as a team. Before we put the home on the market, Duane provided invaluable advice about how to get it ready for sale. Once all the work was done, the Hunter team geared up quickly. Jazmin, Hunter’s sales & marketing coordinator, was integral. She was an excellent conduit of information, provided a list of suppliers to help us get our home ready, and gave us great guidance and timelines for the preparation and sales process. Communication was outstanding. Throughout, Duane gave us regular updates and feedback. He talked us through what the market was doing, how the open homes went and what people’s thoughts were on the home and price estimations. We were doing everything remotely because we had already moved to the far North Coast, so we needed a little more ‘hand holding’. And when we lost Internet and mobile connection for a week because of the Northern Rivers floods, we had to trust the Hunter team to keep everything on track and approve things when we literally weren’t able to. And then Sydney copped heavy rain and floods, which was nerve-wracking, not knowing how our house was faring. We need not have worried. Hunter team regularly checked on the house and made sure everything was okay. We were in safe hands. Our home sold prior to auction and we are very happy with what Duane achieved, his excellent negotiation skills, and how smoothly everything went. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Duane and his team. You'll be in good hands.
