There's good reason why Duane Hunter and his team at Hunter Real Estate Agents, Elanora Heights, has been repeatedly voted #1Agent for the area!! Not only did he realise a suburb record price for our apartment; he did so whilst managing a triangle of intertwined vendors & purchasers. And he 'squared' this triangle off, by securing us a First Class rental in the area - which was a caveat of selling. Hunters also acted as our managing agent, whilst our apartment was an investment property. I've not had a good experience of Managing Agents - be it as a Landlord or a Tenant.
