Duncan was entirely straight with me. He did not over-estimate the price at the beginning, and in fact achieved the higher end of the estimate and a little more. His market strategy did not burden me with unnecessary work and yet proved to be highly successful. He was able to call on contacts to give me some much-appreciated media coverage. And he was always considerate, communicative, and pleasant to deal with. So even though there were a few knuckle-chewing moments along the way, the experience was way less stressful than it might have been - and entirely satisfactory in the end.
