Duncan was the only one to identify our property’s strengths and weaknesses and formulate a strategy based the property, location and market conditions. He was also the only agent that gave us the impression that he wanted to sell the property at the best price, not just sell at any price so long as it sells. His attitude was always to get the most out of what he was doing. Since we lived a distance from the property, Duncan was able to organise all the trades to get the property up to a saleable condition and took a lot of work and hassle off our plates. Duncan is not your 'typical' real estate agent, he is very relatable and down to earth. We knew when we wanted to sell that it was going to be hard with the market at its low. That did not deter Duncan and his communication throughout the entire process was easy and was never rude or dismissive when I needed something clarified.
