Riley provided great advice on what work to complete (and not complete) and how best to present the house to sell for maximum return as we were moving interstate. We had to accelerate our initial plan/timeline at short notice (due to complexities of moving interstate during COVID) and Riley was able to jump into action and quickly organise inspections utilising his pool of buyers in the market at the time. We ended up receiving multiple offers and selling with a quicker than normal settlement period that helped with our accelerated interstate move.
