Riley provides sound advice and worked hard to achieve the best price. He has sold three properties for me now. Just need him to reach the finishing line with the fourth.

Would have been better if property was handed in good condition, was not good cleaning, not lawn mowing, cobweb was not removed. Moving out was stressful and doing lawn mowing and basic cleaning did added extra job. Otherwise satisfactory services.
