Living at the Sunshine Coast and selling a property in Rockhampton while working an alternating day/night roster could have its challenges in regards to keeping in contact with Riley as a lot of the time the only times I was contactable was outside of office hours. This was not a problem when working with Riley. He happily made himself available outside of hours whenever it suited me and my roster. This meant keeping up to date up with property maintenance, presentation, open houses and potential buyer interest/feedback was hassle free. Riley has extensive property market knowledge and was very confident and competent in assisting with pricing and the right time to sell. After a couple of months of the house being on the market, we admittedly were concerned that it wasn’t going to sell and the possiblity of having to put tenants back in the property was very real. Riley assured us that the right buyer will come along and the property will sell instilling confidence in us and his knowledge of the current market and ability to identify potential buyers. At one point we requested the price be dropped to to attempt to generate more interest or attract a buyer. Riley was slightly hesitant due to his absolute confidence in his selling abilities and the market but happily agreed. After dropping the price there did seem to be some more interest whether that was due to the price decrease or was just coincidental and Riley got to work in convincing potential buyers this was the property for them. In no time, we had a phone call from him with an update of the open house that morning and the great news that we had a buyer who was willing to sign the contract………for the original asking price🙌🏼 Couldn’t have asked for a better result or agent to deal with. He made it very easy for us and got a result beyond our expectations. Riley was recommended to me by a work colleague who couldn’t speak higher of him and I am happy to say that he well and truly lived up to that reputation.
