Leo is the most honest and hardworking agent I’d never worked with. He is professional and patient in every negotiation and communication between the buyers and us. He never give up no matter how hard and challenging during the selling process even though we had already intended to withdraw from the market. He insisted on opening and following every possible buyer and informed us about all the details and his analysis. Finally we got the best result in this very tough stage. We appreciate Leo and his great team and highly recommend to everyone who is looking for an agent. Thanks David &Lynn

A master with the contract negotiations, available 24/7, Leo managed to sell our townhouse investment project for an excellent price, especially in the current market situation. He knows metropolitan like the back of his hand. There is nothing that escapes Leo's attention when it comes to property for sale in this area. We found Leo to be a highly attentive agent, almost as if we were his only customers, although we know that was not the case. He returned all phone calls and emails the same day. We never felt neglected or unimportant. He is also highly personable with an engaging personality. Leo was honest about some minor changes that we needed to make in our townhouse to attract buyers quickly, and his advice worked like a charm. We are pleased to recommend Leo Liu to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. He is hands down the best in the business in our opinion he will be our first choice in real estate agents for my next project.

Leo was attentive, thorough and engaging throughout the entire sales process.

Leo is good sales and he has good solution-based sales model in which he use past experience to build stronger report with clients.

We had a wonderful experience purchasing a property with Leo. He was always contactable and patient with our queries. Before putting an offer for the home, we requested to inspect the property a few times after hours/ over the weekend - Leo always tried to accomodate us, even at short notice. He is a hardworking and honest agent. It was a pleasure working with him.

Leo非常的Nice，在他了解到我的需求后，很快为我们找到了喜欢的房源，很专业，很有耐心，给我们提供了很多的帮助！

Leo is very dedicated and hard working, and he is also open and honest. He is an effective communicator and has very deep knowledge of the market. He guides clients in a professional manner and very result driven. We would recommend Leo for any of the dealings in both selling and buying.

Leo’s positive initiative touched us and made us choose him to be our agent for selling. He listened to our expectations and suggestions for the selling. He understood our situation, and tried his best to help us at every stage. He encouraged us when we were less confident in listing during the hard times as open house were banned. He is also an honest and hardworking agent. He kept everything open and transparent. He advertised and showed our house at different platforms to as many potential buyers as possible, and informed us of every detail following each inspection. He has also demonstrated his excellent negotiating and communication skills at the stage of contract. By and large, we highly recommend Leo.

Leo was very professional and keen about the work he does. He was available for contacting often, which made it very easy to finish the buying process. He was very good at negotiating between us and the sellers, and he understood our expectations. We would definitely recommend Leo to anyone looking for an agent, he not only made the experience better but also made sure that we're happy and are okay with the final price. He comprehended our situation openly and did not hesitate to communicate about that with the sellers. Leo's professionalism is outstanding and we would recommend him to friends and everyone Thank you Leo Husin & Rabab
