Leo successfully sold two of my properties in the first stage of a development. This sale, while not quite as high as the first, was still a pocket record if you remove his sale of our first to market property in the development. Both sales he secured for us were a record. This house was a very different design and unfortunately didn't have anywhere near the level of interest as the other.
