The first time when we met Leo Liu is when we bought a St Lucia apartment through him. This time round, we sold a property through NGU and Leo is one of the agents in that team. Having experienced the buying and selling side of Leo Liu, he never fail to keep us thoroughly informed of the process in a timely manner. Unfortunately we didn't get to know Leo that well because he sold our property so quickly!
