Selling a house can be a stressful exercise. However throughout the entire campaign Dwight keep me up to date and completely informed. Moving interstate and purchasing a new home in an area that we were unfamiliar with was a daunting prospect. However, Dwight and the Ray White team made it such an easy and stress free process for us. Dwight was able to provide us with extensive information about the area, surrounding suburbs and schools. He was in contact with us constantly throughout the negotiation period and has been (and still is) contactable pretty much 24/7 to answer any questions that we may have. He has been the middle man between us and the Owner for many things, even finding out the ages of children living in our street for the sake of my daughter! Dwight has extensive knowledge of Northgate (QLD) and surrounding suburbs. I would highly recommend Dwight to anybody who is buying or selling in this area. He was aware of all sales in the area and was to able accurately asses the market for the sale of my house in Northgate. The property was rented and Dwight was able to respectfully gain the cooperation of the Tenants to show the house at its best. I know this difficult from previous experience when trying to buy while a property is rented. The Tenants are not usually very cooperative.
