I found Dwight pleasant and helpful. In all honesty, I did not have a lot of dealings with him directly, although as Team Leader the experience I had is of course a reflection on him. From the outset, my dealings were with Courtney from Dwight Colbert's Ray White Aspley Team. I could not speak highly enough of her. She was outgoing, warm, knowledgeable, fair and transparent, and efficient. Her responses were always fast and appropriate, and her follow through on all queries were excellent. I have no doubt she operated in the best interests of her client, the vendor, but also really understood our needs and wishes, and presented those to the vendor in a reasonable and open manner. I also appreciated the other services offered by Ray White, not all of which were required by me, but which I appreciated the offer of help with. These included assistance with getting utilities connected and assistance with insurance, inspections etc. As Courtney and Dwight are aware, this year has been an extremely difficult one for my family and for me, and we were absolutely overcome by the ease, efficiency and friendly service with which this purchase has been effected.
