We recently purchased a home in an area where Dwight is the agent in most of the homes. We found him very easy to deal with and the purchasing process was nice and simple. Best thing about him is that he listened when we said something and didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t want. Dwight was a fantastic agent and made the sale of our house very stress free. He truly was a mentor to both of us throughout the whole process, guiding us through the sale of our first house. We were fairly firm with the price that we wanted, he was very supportive of this and when some of the offers fell just a little bit short he never once pushed us to 'just sell'. He was only happy when we were happy. Multiple open homes each week were not a problem for him either as he was more than happy to do whatever it took to get a sale for us.
