Drew and Toni cme tomy attention via Toni. The price was slightly lower that I first anticipated on their advice. My estimate of 395 K was based on median price info from anotjet agency which now seems a bit misleading in retrospect. I was asdvised by an agent in Southern districts of Adelaide to beware of excess commission charges in Alice Springs. This man was a businessman here for many yesrs and knows the district well. HIs asdvice was born out by my cousins experience in Adelaide where at about the same time she sold a house at 1.75% commission. Thisis not a reflection on Drew and Yoini's professionism as another agent here offered much the same conditions. Their service was excellent.
