It turned out to be a very expensive procedure (I did not expect to have to pay out so much money to be able to sell) as the agent already gets a percentage of the sale. Anyway, end result, the house was sold so leaving me one less thing to have to worry about. Drew himself( I never personally met him),, but he was very knowledgeable/helpful and supportive under quite difficult circumstances. I would certainly recommend him if you need a real estate agent for anything
