We were remote from the property he sold on our behalf and he went far above and beyond the sales agent job description in order for the house to be market ready. He always took phone calls, answered emails and communicated clearly, honestly and positively every step along the way. He was completely dedicated to the sale and in very tough market conditions negotiated a price we were happy with. This was an outstanding feat. The agents work in pairs, but most of my contact was with Andrew, who kept me on track leading up to the first Open House, and kept me informed throughout the process. Although we did not get quite what we had expected, it was because of a sudden downturn in the market, so were satisfied with the result.
