Dylan Dunn

Dylan and his associate Simon were not very nice people. They spent most of their time trying to erode my position as a seller instead of cultivating interest in my property. No matter how firm, clear and honest I was with them, they would categorically ignore, skew, and misrepresent my opinions. It was very hard to have an intellectually honest discussion with either of them. They would relentlessly call my phone at all hours trying to manipulate me into accepting offers I had made quite clear I would not take so they could close out a quick sale. I eventually got the outcome I wanted in spite of their tantrums and diligent attempts to undermine everything and anything I said. If I had gone along with what they were telling me I would be much poorer today. It was a very frustrating experience and I strongly recommend that if you are a buyer OR seller to be very sceptical of anything they say. Avoid them altogether if possible.
