We were shown a property virtually and told that the bathroom needed renovations (which was fine). But we weren't told or shown that there were a number of other faults: a bedroom door missing, plywood in the kitchen drawer, an illegally redirected storm pipe...honestly, I feel as though the agent deceived us to benefit the seller. I know that's what agents do, but it's not nice to feel taken advantage of.
Well where to start - Video inspection not reliable as She didn’t disclose all defects in Hse 😬 Paid over priced in the Cond it’s in ! Photos on Advertisement were deceiving and false - Not happy at all with purchasing this property if full defects revealed - should have been advertised as a reno project 🤬

Dynieka helped me to secure a house, which in this market has been near nigh to impossible. The first house we worked on fell through, but she mentioned this one was coming up, and as soon as I saw it pop up in the morning, really early, I messaged her. She messaged back arranged an inspection that day, with me first as I'd missed out previously and we had discussed my requirements and it was perfect. She was honest, on time, and wrote up the contract with my wellbeing in mind. They know my lawyers receptionist on the same office block so it was pretty straightforward from that side. She has even offered to get the carpets cleaned before I move in as I'm asmatic and the previous owners smoke. Very thankful for the professionalism and kindness in such a cut throat market.
