Dynieka organised a letter box drop advising that she would be doing appraisals in the area. I contacted her for an appraisal, at that stage about 6 weeks away from listing. I had previously dealt with REMAX Victory so knew about their business. Dynieka gave me a range which she felt it would sell for. I also got some advice about preparation for the market from her. The market at the time was a bit fluid, so Dynieka suggested not setting a price yet, but test the market initially with feedback from potential buyers. A couple of open houses later and she secured an offer, at the higher end of the range she had advised during the appraisal. Sensational!! The contract was executed and settled without any issues, testament to Dynieka's expertise in securing and scrutinising buyers who will see it through. Dynieka would be on the top of the list if I was selling again. She knows the market and knows people. The sale could not have gone any better.
