Coco is super amazing! Before this my house was listed with a friend a realestate agent, and nearly a year later no result. We were very disappointed. My wife then forced me to call Coco, as I was about to list it with another agent which was also a friend. Guess what, luckily I didn't and listened to my wife. My house got sold in 2weeks with Coco 1week prior to auction. I was blown away. Moral of this story is always listen to you wife and call Coco :) No matter what mess you have gone through, Coco and her team will sort everything out and get the job done.
Coco is friendly, efficient, and pleasure to deal with. She always respond to our inquiry in a timely manner, and make the purchase process smoothly. Highly recommended.
CoCo Ma Very helpful for helping us go through the auction , Calm and experts be close to us all time makes us feel so warm as a part of family. Thank for such a brilliant job you have done with love and care. Look to see you in future again❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I sold my house through her. Very professional and on time. Easy to communicate and could save you a lot of money by her professionalism.
I chose Coco as she came into my home with confidence, showing pride in her work and a love for her job. She has her clients best interest at heart and is fully dedicated to her work appearing at every inspection without fail. I appreciated her feedback, pre sale, to make a few changes to my home to assist with the sale. Our sale was a slow burn due to the Christmas holiday period however we got a great price with todays market and Coco never stopped trying and always had a smile on her face.
