After previously meeting with four other real estate agents, Sam Taylor and Beau Hedley from Taylor Hedley came to meet with us. Their presentation blew us away - they thoroughly explained the whole sale process in amazing detail. Even though we were selling a three bedroom home, it was obvious to them immediately that the sheer size of the property, its generous room sizes and the quality of the custom built house shone through and their initial valuation of the property came to fruition. All of the other agents under valued the property, based purely on statistics of 3 bedroom houses sold in the area.
