Our experience with Sam was excellent. Sam was always available for us and works incredibly hard, well past regular work hours. He always answered or if he wasn’t able to, messaged to let us know he was busy at the time and then always returned our call once he was available again. Sam and his team were on top of every stage of the process and relayed information in a way we could understand so that we felt like we could make decisions with all the available facts. Their guidance for the open homes was very helpful and the fact that they continued to assist with liaison, between ours and the buyers’ conveyancer once the purchase process had started, is a testament to the ‘above and beyond’ service you get through Belle.
