If speaking of selling alone, she's a five-star agent because if you follow her instructions and work with her, she will sell your property in no time. Mine was sold a couple of days after open house. She's a well experienced agent, knows the market prices in the area very well and have connections with potential buyers. I rated her 4-stars only (could've given her 4.5 stars but it won't allow me) due to miscommunications that resulted in missed opportunities to cut costs on my end.
