Khush tried very hard to sell the property. Initially I had quite a positive experience with a lot of transparency. However once contract signed, I did find issues with using the response recommended solicitor and Khush alongside each other as miscommunications tended to happen. Unfortunately, communication was inconsistent and confusing. The solicitor I appreciated the service of quite a lot however miscommunications and a rush to meet KPI from the agent’s perspective was at my expense as a first time seller, missing out on $15000 and not receiving full penalty for a delayed settlement, that was not initially agreed to. Otherwise several advertisement items such as mail brochures that I initially had included in my package were never produced, fortunately it did not impact me but I found this quite slack and I was never reimbursed such expenses. Further, the online listing was not as expected and I had to follow up items such as the video to ensure it was working. Similarly miscommunications meant that full transfer of my Deposit was not made and incorrectly calculated so that I had to follow this up personally. As far as selling I think she is quite powerful but if going in with a set decision, do not allow yourself to be swayed.
