Ed was familiar with the property & the Vendor which made it easy for us to consider the property. Always willing to go the extra mile to accommodate our position as purchaser with access to the property & following up on information we asked for. Our disappointment lies with the state of the property & the vendors unwillingness to do minor repairs that as a seller myself am aware that should have been attended to before the property went on the market. This fact is not a reflection on Ed Balfour, we were very happy to have such a considerate person to deal with through the purchase.
