Buyers beware of advertising. Works only for seller, as a buyer with hand over complaints he was not interested in identifying issues. Would never deal with his company again. 5kw solar panels in advertising only to find 3kw panels. advertised 2x 600 ovens only to find one 600 oven and one combination microwave oven. Overall terrible experience . Payed top dollar for this house that was handed over in poor condition.. as a buyer you have no rights in the way a property is left.

Eddie brings vendor's relatives and friends to opens to make it appear that property has increased demand. This in a reasonable person's view is unethical. He makes undertakings (taped) promising to get vendors to fix what are admittedly flawed items and undertakes to get vendors to rectify damaged items before settlement and then reneges after settlements. He lies without compunction. He stated he believed that the dishwasher was present on final inspection when date and time stamped mobile phone pictures reveal that it had been removed. Very dishonest. Be wary. Eddie's only concern was to send me links and ask for positive reviews and has little concern for anything else.
