Eddie was an enormous help in assisting us to find the right property for our family. After months of searching we met Eddie at an open house and he took the time to speak with us and really get an understanding of what we were looking - Eddie was open, honest and within a very short matter of time matched us with the home we were looking for. Eddie communicated well. Sadly, the communications were not happy ones. Eddie had sole agency for our property for six months. During that time, we prepared the property for inspection every week. Over the length of the sale campaign, Eddie was not able to introduce one qualified buyer to the property. He relied solely on the electronic listing. We even lost exposure in his office window for a period of time. He asked us to reduce the listed price, which we did. Finally, after six long months he produced a non-negotiable buyer with an offer that was $400,000 less than his original market appraisal. We were exhausted by the process and reluctantly agreed. Eddie immediately ceased communication - after deducting his commission. In 'celebration' of the sale, he snuck a bottle of champagne on to our doorstep, without even ringing the doorbell. All in all, a disastrous experience which we would never repeat. The 'exposure' from the eView network was non-existent.

We have dealt with Eddie both for sale and purchase extending over the past six months. We have found him to be very professional in all his dealings and he has worked extremely hard to sell our house and to find a place that suited us. He maintained constant contact with us throughout both processes and always found an answer to our many questions whether it was during or after hours.
