Eddie sold me a house and land in Southern Tassie. I have very high expectations of anyone I deal with, and Eddie well and truly met them. Eddie always got back to me, day or night. Text messages and emails were not only responded to, but followed up with a courtesy phone call. It was very refreshing! Like many sales, there were complications, but Eddie's openness and professionalism helped all the parties come to a resolution. Eddie seems like a genuine person, and didn't have any real estate shadiness to him. He is well informed and articulate which is just so helpful when organising stuff relating to buying/selling. There's nothing worse than fluffy, stress inducing ambiguity right? I don't usually recommend anyone, but I would highly recommend Eddie.
