They helped arrange a couple of inspections for us at a very short notice and managed one at 7:30 pm, which was appreciated. The team knows what they are doing and are professional in all comms. Eddie was very honest and transparent to work with. He confidently handled any problems that I had along the way and assisted me in securing a pleasing result for my home. One thing I hate is Sales people who don't listen to what I want or ask for. Eddie was very reliable on doing exactly what was ask of him, nothing was too much trouble for him or his team.
