Eddie and team helped us sell our house after 1 open home. In this market, we were surprised at how quickly everything happened. We had to reschedule styling and the open home last minute and they were flexible, understanding and accommodating. We needed to get everything done quickly, and it felt like Eddie and team dropped everything to make it happen for us, in particular Eddie, Amy, Marta and Hannah. We are very grateful to Eddie and the team for this fantastic outcome and would recommend them to anyone thinking of buying or selling!! THANK YOU!

I have worked with Eddie both as a buyer and a seller, and I can confidently say that he is fantastic to work with. His professionalism and clear communication made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I would also like to give special thanks to Eddie's EA, Amy, who was always responsive, keeping me updated every step of the way and quickly addressing any questions or concerns I had. I highly recommend Eddie and Amy to anyone looking for expert, reliable, and personable real estate agents who genuinely care about their clients.

Eddie did an excellent job helping us sell our home! From start to finish, he was transparent and professional, making the entire process seamless. Before we were ready to sell, Eddie organised off-market showings to help us gauge a realistic price for our home. This approach gave us confidence and allowed us to focus on finding our dream home first. Once we found and purchased our dream home, Eddie sold our home off-market in just 3 days at a price that exceeded our expectations! We couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. Thank you, Eddie, Amy, and the entire team. We highly recommend Eddie to anyone looking to buy or sell!

It was our very first time selling a property and we couldn't be more pleased with the excellent service and result we obtained from Eddie, Amy and Team EQ. From the get go, Amy provided us with a clear and concise timeline of our campaign which made us feel comfortable with the whole process. Whilst Eddie provided us with his market insight, guidance and support, and was transparent with his regular updates. From then on we knew we were in good hands. We witnessed first hand how respectful Eddie was towards our goals, whilst also taking into account the buyers' goals - resulting in an effective negotiation process where both parties were equally satisfied. A commanding presence but always supportive and never pushy. Professional and driven but always respectful. These are the qualities that sets Eddie, Amy and Team EQ apart from other agents. Forever grateful to Team EQ (aka Team Exceptional Quality)!

Eddie and his team worked very closely with us to go through all the process right from styling the house, marketing and all the paperwork. We worked with Amy from Eddie's team who was amazing and very proactive. We were always kept informed about all the updates and detailed open home reports. The property market was slowing down but Eddie took our case personally to help us getting through the slowed down market. Eddie and his team did not give up and worked very hard to beat all the odds and I really appreciate that effort. I would highly recommend Eddie for this job he is a true professional.

Would not have done it any other way. Eddie and Team were efficient, had great communication, honest and easy going. The trust in Eddie definitely made our lives easier. Cannot recommend them enough.

Our main contact was with Prabh and he was great. Made time to take us through extra inspection and assisted us with putting in an effective offer to obtain the property we were after. The whole process was pretty smooth and very little not no stress for us . In total a pretty good experience. thanks

We had a great experience working with Eddie, Amy and the team during our journey to find our dream home. Eddie went above and beyond to help us secure our perfect home, even finding an off-market gem that exceeded all our expectations. Throughout the process, we felt like true VIPs, thanks to their personalised service to making this experience seamless and enjoyable. A huge thank you to Eddie and Amy for their outstanding support.

Eddie was very honest and transparent to work with. He confidently handled any problems that I had along the way and assisted me in securing a pleasing result for my home. One thing I hate is Sales people who don't listen to what I want or ask for. Eddie was very reliable on doing exactly what was ask of him, nothing was too much trouble for him or his team. I didn't have to remind myself of anything that had to be done. The team sent me a text message very morning something was dew to be completed during the Sales period.
