While most Real Estate Agents only friendly with you when they try to sell, we could reach out to Eddie any time and would help us with buying and selling advices. Prabh is an associate of Eddie. We met him when we inspected our first house in the Ponds. Prabh is very knowledgeable and listen to our needs and advice us. We have been mostly looking at houses that Hills Direct (Eddie's team) as we feel like they genuily wanted to help is find the right house. We feel that agents from other agencies were just here to sell while Prabh spent time explaining to us the good and bad of the houses we inspected and if we should buy it based on our expectations. During the settlement period, Prabh was also available to any inquiries and question. At settlement date, Prabh also did one last checking for us as we could only come the next day. Overall, the experience was great on the buy side, and I think the vendor got a good price for the house (from us :) )

Eddie has excellent knowledge of property market in The Ponds. His estimate was quite close to my expectation and advise on timing was very good. He and his team were constantly in touch with me and quite clear in timely communication, be it with open homes, reports of progress etc. WhatsApp group for sale of my home is a good idea for keeping communication clear to all at one place. Prompt replies from team for every communication was appreciated. I found Eddie and team members thoroughly professional and ethical in dealing. Eddie is a goal scorer.
