The property was listed and sold in approx. 40-45 days I have known Eddie for some time he is always helpful and nothing is a bother and he is very professional. We of course wanted more dollars but I believe if you want to sell if you are fortunate to have more than 2-3 people wanting to purchase you have a chance at fetching that higher price. On the day there was only one buyer so they get to name the price. We where not prepared to sit on the market for too long , such an invasion of our privacy open homes ect. The end result was good for the buyer and the seller. Happy days new beginnings.
